GARLIC CHILLI CHICKEN

100g of  the turkish mix grill rub serves up to 5KG of diced chicken breast pieces. Why not try.... Mixing the marinade with a little oil before rubbing it onto the meat( ribs, wings, chops, steaks etc). You may add honey or golden syrup to add a glaze, then either pan fry, place in the oven or cook over a barbeque accordingly for that special delightful taste.
