Delivery Information

We try to be as eco friendly as possible by minimising packaging waste. We do this by using good quality cardboard boxes and shock proofing materials.

Our shipping rates are based on an economical weight-based calculation system where you are charged the amount for which your order is weighed at.

Heavy Weight Parcel	2000g +	£7.00
Free Shipping	n/a	min spend £27

 

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business working days (Mon-Thur) upon receiving it. 

Orders are generally dispatched almost immediately. Sometimes, delays can occur when items are either out of stock, or due to be produced/manufactured. You would usually receive a call, if items from your order are out of stock, to be offered an alternative product.

We have in-house delivery drivers, as well as using third party courier services.

You will receive your order within 1-3 business days after it has been dispatched. Delays occurred after dispatch is the fault of the courier. We kindly ask that you remain patient in the process.

Further Information:

You will have to bare the cost of a re-delivery, if shipping details were incorrectly typed in at checkout or no one was at home/present to receive the delivery from the courier.
