ChefShef's marinating rubs are amazingly easy to use. Simply mix the spice rub with a little oil before rubbing it unto seafood, meat, poultry or even vegetables. You can add honey, golden syrup, or any other syrup of your choice to add a glaze. Then either fry in the pan, bake in the oven, or cook over a barbeque accordingly, to tantalize your tastebuds, yum!
