ChefShef's marinating rubs and coatings are amazingly easy to use. Simply dab the chicken portions into milk/buttermilk or a whisked egg or even just water (either way works just fine). Spread the fried chicken coating onto a plate (you may add breadcrumbs if desired). Roll the chicken portions over the coating, until they’re thoroughly coated. Then place the coated chicken into a fryer, cooking times may vary then turn over until cooked. Enjoy that finger licking goodness!
