ChefShef's Steak Rub Recipe:
Simply sprinkle the rub generously on one side of the steak and, massage the rub all over. Repeat this process on the other side of the steak. Let it rest for at least 12/15 minutes before cooking. Then either fry in the pan (cast iron pans are best), bake in the oven or cook over a barbeque accordingly.
