Put 3 teaspoons of the rub in to a mixing bowl of 1kg minced meat. Crack an egg and pour the content in. You may add some breadcrumbs if you want to, as an additional binder. Mix it thoroughly, then form the patties to your desired size and then pan-fry to your liking!
