ChefShef's marinating rubs and coatings are amazingly easy to use. Simply dab the chicken portions into milk or a whisked egg (either way works just fine). spread the fried chicken coating unto a plate (you may add breadcrumbs if desired). Roll the chicken portions over the coating, until they’re thoroughly coated. Then place the coated chicken into a fryer for 12-15 mins (cooking times may vary) turn over until cooked. Enjoy!
